At Select Building Inspections we are at the fore front when it comes to building inspections.
All our inspectors are licences builders, carry white cards, are fully insured and we are also a member of MBA (Master Builders Association).
Select Building Inspections is owned and operated by a licensed builder with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Currently the building inspection industry is unregulated in South Australia meaning an inspector can be unlicensed. Select Building Inspections was created with one main focus, to give customers an alternative. That is, a choice to engage the expertise of a licensed builder.
We aim to assist clients to be completely informed about their decision to give them peace of mind in the purchasing process. We strive to set the benchmark of what should be expected in a building inspection.
Our point of difference is not only a detailed and comprehensive report, but a streamline and personalised customer service which ensures all results are not only emailed but followed up with a phone call to explain the findings and discuss any queries with our clients.
